Dr. Sanjay Kishanrao Suryawanshi
M.V.Sc. Pharmacology & Toxicology.
He started his career in poultry industry in 2004 from Sneha farms. Later worked in Japfa & Suguna where he got a good exposure to various divisions, labs etc. Worked as manager Health & QC as well as QA. He got expertise in microbiology & nutrition divisions. He conducted various field trials in lab as well as on fields for different drugs for the betterment of industry. In 2010 he joined Mayuri group of companies. He established two new labs here. The breeder capacity was doubled in the first two years of tenure. His company got recognition as best performing in this sector with larger batch sizes. He made pivotal growth in integration division with many fold increase in placements. It's a leading company in terms of performance & quality. He made to start two new divisions in commercial layer with 3.5 lack capacity & a small pivotal dairy unit of 200 buffaloes. He has attended more than 100 technical sessions & seminars. He is a well-known technical person in the core of the industry with experiences in all divisions of poultry, large animals such as broiler breeding, commercial layers, broiler farming in health & nutrition both aspects with a specific recognition of problem solving.

Dr. Jayararaman Krishnarajan (Poultry – Breeding, Farming & Health)
Dr. Jayaraman, a graduate of Madras Veterinary College has 23 years of experience in poultry industry. He is heading technical services function of Kemin Industries South Asia (P) Ltd., He has expertise in various fields which includes Breeding farming, hatchery operation and pure line operations. He is known in the industry for his trouble shooting capabilities as well as differential diagnosis of poultry diseases. Also he has worked in various capacities in big companies both in India and abroad. In poultry production, he has handled different strains both in broiler and layers. A familiar face in the industry, known for technical expertise in Disease Diagnosis , is a sought after person during outbreaks and difficult times .He travelled so extensively in Indian market and across south Asia and well known During his stints in Pharma as a Technical person. Delivered many lectures on Diseases and Disease Management. Well Known in The Market for acumen in the field of vaccines and Interpretation of Titres. Co-authored few articles and was published in reputed national and international magazines. He also developed a rapid detection Kit for the Clostridium perfringens which causes the Necrotic enteritis in the poultry.
